Privacy Notice for California Residents
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy and is addressed to residents of the State of California. It is drafted with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, in mind.
The CCPA applies to businesses meeting statutory thresholds (by revenue or the number of California residents' records processed). Our Company may not meet those thresholds; nevertheless, we voluntarily extend the rights described below to California residents and describe our data practices in the format the law provides.

We do not collect sensitive personal information within the meaning of the CPRA (health data, precise geolocation, ID numbers, etc.) through the site's forms, and we ask you not to send it to us.
- processing enrollment requests and organizing participation;
- responding to inquiries and supporting participants;
- mailings — only with your consent;
- analytics and site improvement — only with your consent;
- security and legal compliance.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA — and have not done so in the preceding 12 months. Data is disclosed only to service providers (hosting, analytics, payment services) acting on our instructions. Analytics tools load only after your consent in the cookie banner; we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out where the law requires it.

- delete — request deletion of collected data;
- correct — request correction of inaccurate data;
- opt out of sale/sharing — see Section 3: we do not sell or share data for advertising;
- non-discrimination — exercising your rights will not affect the price or quality of services.
To exercise these rights, email info@iseeyou.center with the subject "California Privacy Request". We will confirm receipt and respond within the statutory period (generally 45 days). To verify your identity we may ask you to confirm the email address you previously used with us. You may act through an authorized agent by providing proof of authorization.
